Return policy NightWatch+ US

NightWatch+ US may be returned, and refunds will be processed based on the terms and schedule listed below. All financial transactions and refunds are administered by Unitron MedX LLC.

1. Refunds
Refunds are calculated based on the period between the date of delivery and the date the return is registered:

  • Sales Tax Refund: Any US Sales Tax collected at the time of purchase will be refunded by the Seller of Record in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
  • Full Payment: If you choose to keep the device after the 30-day trial, payment must be made in full at that point.

2. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, you must first notify LivAssured via phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.

  • Registration: Returns must be registered before the end of the relevant refund period.
  • Support: LivAssured remains your primary contact for all technical and return-related support.

3. Shipping
The Customer is responsible for the return shipment and all associated costs. All returns must be shipped to the designated US address of our Seller of Record:

Recommendation: We highly recommend using a reputable parcel service with a ‘Signature Required’ option. The Customer is liable for any loss or damage during transport. Ensure the Product is packed in the original or a sturdy box with sufficient filler material

4. Conditions for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, the system must be returned in complete working order with all included accessories, travel case, and manuals.

  • Battery Safety: The NightWatch+ sensor must be switched off before shipping. Failure to do so may damage the battery, resulting in additional charges.
  • Labels: Do not remove labels from the sensor or alarm station during the trial period.
  • Damage/Missing Parts: If any parts (excluding the elastic band cut to size) are missing or damaged, LivAssured or the Seller of Record may deduct these costs from the refund.
