The US version of the NightWatch+ includes a two-year warranty and is maintenance-free for everyday use. Our helpdesk is available during office hours to assist with any questions regarding setup or operation. If an unexpected issue arises, our technical support team will promptly arrange a temporary replacement and inspect your NightWatch+.
