Reimbursement Information (US)
We understand that managing healthcare costs is important. Reimbursement for NightWatch+ may be possible through your individual health insurance plan; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your personal insurance plan, the insurer’s coverage policies and medical-necessity criteria. For this reason, we recommend submitting a Letter of Medical Necessity with your reimbursement request to your insurance provider.
To support a reimbursement request, we provide a pre-authorization (pre-approval) document (download). This document may be completed by the patient and the treating physician and submitted to the patient’s health insurance provider for review.

NightWatch is not responsible or liable for denials, partial reimbursement, delays, or requests for additional documentation.

Ordering & Prescription Requirement (US)
The US version of NightWatch+ is a prescription-only medical device designed to support nocturnal epilepsy monitoring.
As part of the ordering process, a completed and signed prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is mandatory. The prescription must be uploaded or emailed during the order process before the order can be reviewed and fulfilled.
