Wij gebruiken deze vragenlijst om meer inzicht te krijgen in de verwachtingen van het gebruik van NightWatch. Aan het einde van de leenperiode ontvangt u van ons een tweede vragenlijst. De antwoorden worden volledig anoniem verwerkt en gaan wij gebruiken voor de vergoeding van NightWatch door de zorgverzekeraars in Nederland.<\/p>\n<p>Hartelijk dank voor het invullen, na ontvangst
