NightWatch est con\u00e7ue pour permettre aux personnes atteintes d&rsquo;\u00e9pilepsie et \u00e0 leurs soignants de se prendre en charge en assurant une surveillance fiable des crises pendant les heures nocturnes vuln\u00e9rables o\u00f9 la surveillance peut \u00eatre difficile et stressante. Il utilise un PPG avanc\u00e9 pour le suivi de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre 3D pour la position et les mouvements du corps. Ce mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;\u00e9tude a permis une \u00e9valuation sur des p\u00e9riodes prolong\u00e9es o\u00f9 l&rsquo;EEG continu n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas possible. Pour minimiser les biais dus aux crises manqu\u00e9es, les soignants ont document\u00e9 les crises observ\u00e9es, tandis que les outils automatis\u00e9s tels que les capteurs de lit et l&rsquo;analyse vid\u00e9o ont soutenu la d\u00e9tection, les infirmi\u00e8res de l&rsquo;essai s\u00e9lectionnant au hasard 5 \u00e0 10 % des enregistrements pour une v\u00e9rification suppl\u00e9mentaire. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Les \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des sensibilit\u00e9s m\u00e9dianes de 86 % pour les adultes et de 100 % pour les enfants pour tous les principaux types de crises motrices, de 96 % pour les adultes et de 100 % pour les enfants <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(&gt; 4 ans) <\/span>sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les crises tonico-cloniques. Le taux moyen de fausses alarmes \u00e9tait d&rsquo;environ 0,04 par heure. Les taux de fausses alarmes variaient fortement d&rsquo;un utilisateur \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, et de nombreuses fausses alarmes \u00e9taient en fait des crises mineures qui n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des crises motrices nocturnes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00a0\u00bb1_3&Prime;
